On April 2, 2014, the Ohio House of Representatives passed a special resolution in recognition of Bill Marshall’s 65 years of service to Ohio Freemasonry. Marshall, who is a Past Master of Russellville Lodge No. 166, attended the session with 17 of his friends and fellow Freemasons.
