In April, Springfield Masonic Community welcomed a new President and Administrator, Annette Turner. Annette began working as a Resident Assistant for a senior living community during college and fell in love with working with older adults. She has a Bachelor of Arts in Music from Wittenberg University and received her certification as a Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA) from the Ohio Health Care Association’s Core of Knowledge. With more than 20 years of experience, Annette has worked in assisted living and Continuing Care Retirement Communities (CCRCs) in both Springfield and Urbana.
“My favorite part of my job will always be the residents. I want to do what’s right for our residents and employees. I enjoy taking care of both and watching them thrive. For me, the mission of The Ohio Masonic Communities means I need to lead and make decisions based on residents’ quality of life. I want to have the ability to make a difference.”
