At The Ohio Masonic Communities, quality is important. We strive to provide the top quality in everything we do. As an organization, one of our strategic priorities is to be an organization of choice. One of the ways we ensure we’re always providing the best quality possible is feedback from our residents and their families. We partner with Activated Insights to measure the quality of everything from the care we provide to the meals we serve and the buildings themselves. Every month Activated Insights randomly chooses residents and family members in every level of care at each campus and asks them to complete a survey. We then get reports that show what we’re doing well and where we could improve.
We’re honored and excited to have been awarded the Activated Insights 2025 Customer Experience Award for assisted living and memory care at Browning Masonic Community; independent living, assisted living, and skilled nursing at Springfield Masonic Community; and independent living, assisted living, memory care, and skilled nursing at Western Reserve Masonic Community. These awards recognize us for being in the top 15% of providers nationwide.
