Proven Excellence with Our 2026 Activated Insights Awards

We are proud to announce that all three campuses of The Ohio Masonic Communities—Browning Masonic Community, Springfield Masonic Community, and Western Reserve Masonic Community—have been recognized with the 2026 Customer Experience Award from Activated Insights, a national leader in customer satisfaction for senior living and healthcare organizations.

This award places each community among the top 15% of senior living providers nationwide, based on feedback gathered directly from residents and their families over the past year. The surveys take a close look at the full experience—from the move-in process and day-to-day life to how concerns are addressed, and whether they would recommend the community to others.

Activated Insights conducts interviews with residents and families to assess satisfaction and identify organizations that demonstrate excellence in the services and care they provide. The Customer Experience Award is reserved for providers who achieve best-in-class performance, highlighting organizations that consistently exceed expectations.
