The back-to-school program was a huge success this year! The Ohio Masonic Communities Resource Center was able to help 79 children from 21 households with school supplies.
We would like to send a special thanks to MVP Chris Gibbs and his family who collected donations and purchased supplies! A donation given by Pam Cass-Fiex for school supplies was sent to Chris Gibbs (MVP Volunteer/President of the 9th District Officers Association). Chris then matched the donation, totaling over $250!
Chris and his children went to Walmart and purchased a load of school supplies that were utilized for Mason’s and their children across the state of Ohio in support of The Ohio Masonic Communities Resource Center Back-to School program!
We were able to assemble 34 bags of supplies for families to pick up at Western Reserve Masonic Community, and others to be distributed throughout the state.
