Did you know our campuses are pet friendly? We have many dogs and cats who call each campus home. Earlier this year we hosted our first ever “The Ohio Masonic Communities Pet Bowl” on social media, highlighting some of our residents’ pets. Fourteen pets competed, with 2 dogs and 2 cats representing each campus. There were also a robotic cat and dog representing the robotic pets that are part of our memory support neighborhoods.
A bracket was created and the pets went “head-to-head” hoping to make it to the Final Chowdown. The entire contest took place on social media, with residents and their families, staff, and the community commenting on photos to vote for their favorite pet.
Ultimately, it was Gracie, and her human Tim, at Browning Masonic Community who won the Final Chowdown of The Ohio Masonic Communities Pet Bowl. Gracie and Tim received dog treats, toys,
and a bandana.
We love all the pets who live on our campuses and are proud to be pet friendly!
